Let us explain more about the VALUE that is the driving mechanism of the whole Wake House platform.
Wake House Value is a number form 100 to 1 that is being assign to riders at the beginning of the calendar year in
and this value is unchanged through out the whole year.
Logic applied is that the rider (for example in Men Wakeboard) that finished in the previous calendar year in the Wake House World Ranking over All Aspects on the first place will receive Wake House Value 100 and the 2nd one receives 99 etc. The one on 100th place will receive 1 Wake House Value and then the rest of the riders are without Wake House Value.
With this logic there is a chance to gain a value in multiple divisions and all from the list above have 100-1 Wake House Value. We can have in 1 year 6 riders having Wake House Value 100.
We reffer to all riders with value as riders with Wake House Value or TOP100 riders.
Yes, absolutely. There are many riders having Wake House Value in wakeboard as well as wakeskate. Both of the values are printed on their profile page. In case these riders join a competition, their value will be added to the category based on the division. For example if rider A has Wake House Value in wakeboard 70 and Wake House Value in wakeskate 50. If the rider join a wakeskate category then the value 50 will be added there. If the rider joins wakeboard category then the value 70 will be added to the category.
The Wake House World Ranking is based on the Wake House Value. Once we have the list of all riders in one category, we can sum their Wake House Value and that is the value in the category. When we sum all values in all categories that is the value of the competition. After the results of the category are published, we take the whole value of the category and assign to the riders in Fibonacci sequence (similar to prize money) and those are the ranking points. This is part of the sport and it can happen that you will not have any Wake House Value in the upcoming season. Just by joining the competitions and creating content in the next year after the recovery, you will collect ranking points and Wake House Value will be assign to you again for the upcoming year once you finish in the World Ranking on one of the TOP 100 places in the All Aspects ranking.
There are many advantages for riders with Wake House Value. Having the value indicate that rider is in TOP100 in the world and we consider these riders as the ones that should have the power to drive the direction of the sport.
