Every club can have own website on Wake House that can be customized to the specific needs. Members have all information in one place and using their accounts can interact with their club.

The registration process can be fully customized in the MANAGE > CONFIGURATION section by the club admin. Club can define the question that the potential member will see in the form. The questions can be

• Open → free text questions
• Single → One option can be selected from the dropdown options
• Multiple → More answers can be selected

At the same time the questions can be

• Mandatory
• Optional

When the club share their page with a potential member, the person see a button BECOME A MEMBER. This will lead the user to login/register on Wake House and automatically redirect to the club registration page.

After successful registration the new member receive a confirmation email that can also be fully adopted in MANAGE > CONFIGURATION.

In case the club has own website and the traffic on this website is crucial for the club in that case the REGISTER button from MANAGE > CONFIGURATION can be integrated to the existing website. User will be redirected to Wake House only for the registration process and after successful registration the user will be redirected to the club website defined.

The club can see a list of all members in MANAGE > MEMBERS and see the payment status of the members. The status can be in this section updated for any member after the payment of membership fee has been successfully received. Club admin can also see the end date of the validity for each member.

Every club is required to have an official board as per the rules/constitution to communicate the information to the public. This requirement is covered by our INFO BOARD where the club admin is able to simple add or modify the information and all members and public has one place of truth.

Management of the Training Program for each club is an activity extensive on administrative work. We are coming with a digitalization of this process with our training management solution. Every coach can setup own trainings as per own preferences and the training will automatically be added in the club calendar. Members can buy CREDITS from the club that can only be used in this club and book the trainings. In case member cancel the booking on time the credits will be refunded back to the user profile on Wake House and can again be used for booking different training from the club in the future.
